2017 Notice of Annual Meeting & Election of Officers

The 2017 Devon-Aire Villas Homeowners Association # 1 Annual Meeting & Elections of Officers is scheduled for December 5th. In compliance with Devon-Aire Villas Homeowners Association # 1 Bylaws and the Florida statutes governing HOAs, a notice was mailed 15 days prior to our scheduled annual meeting which includes proxies. Sign-in will commence at 7:15 PM and the meeting will promptly start at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be held at 14373 SW 142^nd ST. A quorum of 30% of eligible voters is required to conduct business. In the event you cannot attend the annual meeting, please pass your (signed) proxy to another homeowner to ensure business can be conducted. If you are able to attend, we highly encourage you to do so.

2. Turn right onto SW 120th St
3. Turn left onto SW 137th Ave/Lindgren Rd
4. Turn right onto SW 136th St/Howard Dr
5. Turn left onto SW 142nd Ave
6. Take the 2nd right onto SW 142nd St

At the end of the road, make a right and enter Tamiair Commercial Park
