Members of Devon-Aire Villas HOA # 1 now have the option to submit payment for their annual assessment via eCheck or by Credit Card thanks to City National Bank of Florida. To make use of this option, you will need your Devon-Aire Villas #1 eight digit account number which can be found listed on the coupon you received in the mail sometime in September. If you do not have your account number for any reason, please let us know via the Contact Us section on our home page and we will get that information to you as soon as possible.
Please Note: Our previous Online Payment System (Revo Pay) was retired by the vendor providing those services and we are in the process of onboarding a new online payment system. It will not be ready by the time coupons are received. If you wish to pay online, please check back back parodically. We will also send out a notice once the new online payment system is available.
