The Villa of the Quarter for the 2nd Quarter of 2026 belongs to Mr. Masahiro Takahagi & Mrs. Naomi Nii. Since moving into Devon-Aire Villas #1, the couples have thoughtfully enhanced their home’s curb appeal. They’ve refreshed the front yard landscaping, upgraded the walkway, and added tasteful decorative touches. While each improvement is modest on its own, together they create a noticeably sharper, cleaner, and more inviting appearance that truly stands out in the community. On June 20th, 2026, the Board President & Vice President presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding villa upkeep as well as a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card. The Villa of the Quarter for the 1st Quarter of 2026 belongs to Barbara Valle-Garay, a longtime resident of Devon-Aire Villas #1. Her beautifully maintained townhome on 111th Lane has been a standout in the community since she purchased it more than 30 years ago. Barbara has consistently invested time and care into keeping her villa in excellent condition. Most recently, she installed impact windows and completed several other essential repairs. Though improvements may seem modest on their own, together they make her home noticeably sharper and more attractive making it stand out from those around it. On March 7, 2026, the Board President & Vice President presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding villa upkeep as well as a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card. The Villa chosen for the 4th Quarter of 2025 belongs to an owner of a townhome located on 111th LN which bought into the community recently. Within that very short period of time however, the windows have been upgraded to impact, front door was replaced, the front walkway repaired, the driveway repaired, the home repainted and the neglected landscaping was refreshed. Even though the improvements seem small, they still make her home stand out from those around it. On October 26, 2025, the Board President presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding villa upkeep, along with a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card; the Board of Directors wishes to thank her for all the hard work she has put into her Villa and is proud to have her in the community.

In that short time, he’s introduced a very neatly landscaped front yard with lush greenery and decorative elements, adding charm to his home’s exterior, and maintains it in meticulous shape, just recently replacing the roof of his home. The Villa chosen for the 1st Quarter of 2025 belongs to Elsa Techera who owns a unit on 110th ST CIR N. Her home is tucked away and easy to miss if you’re not careful. Since she moved into her home she has been very busy beautifying her Villa’s exterior. Elsa has created a tropical oasis with a striking palm tree as the centerpiece of her front yard, complemented by vibrant bromeliads and other plants surrounded by concrete curbing edging with neatly arranged river rocks which is very beautiful to see. On March 30th, 2025, the Board President & Vice President presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding villa upkeep as well as a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card. Since they purchased their home 6 years ago, they quickly began upgrading their villa, adding impact windows and doors, replaced their roof and extending their fence. Their tenants currently occupying the residence make sure to keep the exterior of the home well maintained and spruced up throughout the year. The home chosen for the 1st Quarter of 2024 belongs to David & Lissette Williams who live on 110th ST CIR E. They are new to the community, having only been here for a little less than 3 years. They purchased a home that was neglected and focused their efforts in upgrading both the interior and exterior of their home to modernize and improve it. In the very short time they have owned the unit they have replaced all the exterior trim, extended their driveway, installed impact windows, replaced and extended their rear fence, repainted and redid the home’s interior but they say they’re not done yet. At the March 5th, 2024 Board meeting, the Board of Directors presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding villa upkeep as well as a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card. In the short time he has owned the unit he has added a stamped concrete driveway, impact windows, new roof, new landscaping, new fence, repainted and redid the entire home interior. The home chosen for the 1st Quarter of 2022 belongs to William & Diana Herrera who live on Circle South. They are new members to the community having just purchased their home in 2021. So much work and repairs were put into this home in order to modernize it that it is unrecognizable from its former self. The roof was replaced, all wood trim repaired, new doors, new impact windows and the list goes on and they have also expressed that they have future projects they are considering for their home. All these changes really make this home stand out from all the rest.
