Update: Sealcoat of Common Streets & Driveways

Due to rain, the seal coating of the private roads was temporarily postponed last week.  We expect to resume again on Tuesday, October 27th for the section marked as green on the map unless it also happens to rain that day.  We ask that anyone having their car parked on grass areas, to please remove them until next week. The landscaper will be on the property this week to mow the grass.

Rules & Regulations 2020

The Board of Directors adopted new Rules & Regulations at the duly and properly noticed meeting held on August 4th, 2020. After adoptions, the new Rules & Regulations were subsequently recorded in Book 32107 / Pages 3670-3684 of the Public Records of Miami Dade County. The newly adopted Ruled & Regulations supersede all prior versions of this document and amends the Rules & Regulations recorded on July 20th, 2017 in OR Book 30619 / Pages 4903-4916 of the Public Records of Miami Dade County.

All of our membership will receive copies of the approved Rules & Regulations by mail sometime in October. The Board of Directors kindly asks that all residents please take the time to read the newly adopted Rules & Regulations and if you rent your unit, we also ask that you please ensure that you provide a copy to your tenants or direct them to the online copy found Here. These newly adopted Rules & Regulations should clarify some older Rules as well as expand on others. Villa of the Quarter: September 2020


The Board of Directors recognizes members who go above and beyond in the upkeep of their villa within our community. These members are examples of the potential each home has when it is well maintained and also helps keep property values high which benefits everyone in the community. Their efforts really make our community a very desirable place to live.


The home chosen for the 3rd Quarter of 2020 belongs to Erica & Ezio Veloso who live on 111th Ter. Having purchased the home back in 2000 as an investment property, they recently decided to move into the unit themselves last August.  In just 6 short months the interior and exterior of their villa was transformed making it stand out from those around it.  On October 4th, 2020 the Board President & Vice President presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding landscaping and villa upkeep as well as a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card. The Board of Directors wishes to thank you for all the hard work you have put into your villa. We are proud to have you in the community.
