New Park Benches in Park West

The Board of Directors is always looking for constructive feedback from our members on ways to improve the community and although we may not be able to implement all suggestions, the ones that can be implemented are placed on a list of potential future projects.  A few years ago, a member made a suggestion to have park benches installed on the walking park on the West side of the community.  During last years budgeting process, we were finally able to add a line item for this project to have them installed.  A total of 3 benches were purchased at the beginning of this year and they have subsequently been installed.  Since their installation we have already seen members using the benches while visiting the park.  We would like to thank Mrs. Moore for making the suggestion all those years ago.  It's members like you that make our community a great place to live.

If you have a suggestion you think would improve the community and benefit our membership, please Contact Us and let us know.

Villa of the Quarter: March 2017

The Board of Directors recognizes members who go above and beyond in the upkeep of their villa within our community. These members are examples of the potential each home has when it is well maintained and also helps keep property values high which benefits everyone in the community. Their efforts really make our community a very desirable place to live.
The home chosen for the 1st Quarter of 2017 belongs to Roger Alvarez who lives on 111th LN and is a long time resident of the community. Driving past his home, you can't help but look at his sculpted Bottlebrush tree at the front of his home and follow that with all the landscaping which surrounds his home. All the hard work he puts into maintaining his home and his yard really makes it stand out from the rest. On February 26th, 2017 the Board President & Vice-President presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding landscaping and villa upkeep as well as a $50 Outback gift card to Mr. Alvarez. The Board of Directors wishes to thank him for all the hard work he has put into his villa! We are proud to have you in the community.
