Members of Devon-Aire Villas HOA # 1 have the option to pay their assessment by mail using the payment coupon they received by USPS mail or can pay online via eCheck or Credit Card. Please note that there is a $1.95 service fee if you pay by eCheck and if paying by credit card the service fee for most credit cards is 3% with the exception of Visa which charges a flat $20 fee. As always there is no service or transaction fee if paying by check and mailing your coupon to us. If submitting your payment by mail, please be sure to include your 8 digit account number on your check along with your payment coupon to avoid any issues. Never mail your check to us without its coupon.

Member now have the option to pay in Cash with MoneyGram. Do do you will still need to create a ClickPay account and sign in. Then go to Cash Payments and print the instructions on that page. You will need the printed instructions with you when you pay at CVS.
For those registering for the first time, you will be asked to add your property to your account. It is important that you pay close attention to the address you are selecting since there are many similar addresses in our community, especially addresses that belong to SW 110TH ST CIR on the East side of the community. If you own multiple homes in our community, you are now able to add multiple properties to your account. Simply click on the Account dropdown and select "Add/Remove Unit".
