We’re happy to announce that online payments are available again!
Our previous payment provider (RevoPay) retired their service, so we’ve switched to a new system called ClickPay.
You can now make payments online using ClickPay. However, unlike the old system, ClickPay does not offer a “guest” or quick-pay option. This means everyone will need to create an account to make a payment. Please note that there is a $1.95 service fee if you pay by eCheck and if paying by credit card the service fee for most credit cards is 3% with the exception of Visa which charges a flat $20 fee. For those registering for the first time, you will be asked to add your property to your account. It is important that you pay close attention to the address you are selecting since there are many similar addresses in our community, especially addresses that belong to SW 110TH ST CIR on the East side of the community. If you're unsure what to do, please Contact Us with your questions. You will be asked for your unit's "Building Number" and Zip Code to add your property.
