Rules & Regulations 2025

The Board of Directors adopted new Rules & Regulations at the duly and properly noticed meeting held on July 1st, 2025. After adoptions, the new Rules & Regulations were subsequently recorded in Book 34875 / Pages 2712-2730 of the Public Records of Miami Dade County. The newly adopted Rules & Regulations supersede all prior versions of this document and amends the Rules & Regulations recorded on April 10th, 2023 in Book 33656 / Pages 4923-4939 of the Public Records of Miami Dade County.

All of our membership will receive copies of the approved Rules & Regulations by mail sometime in August or September. The Board of Directors kindly asks that all residents please take the time to read the newly adopted Rules & Regulations. If you rent your unit, please be aware that you are now required to provide the current Rules & Regulations to current and future tenants as well as ensuring that tenants are also registered with the Association.
