Update: 2021 Annual Notice of Assessment

September 22, 2020  Devon-Aire Villas # 1 Homeowners Association  

Due to an error, the Annual Assessment Notices that were mailed out were for the 2020 Annual Assessment instead of the 2021 Annual Assessment that is due February 1st, 2021.  Anyone having received an incorrect notice of assessment can discard the notice as a new one is on its way to you.  You will know you have received an incorrect assessment notice based on the due date listed on the notice which shows the assessment due date as February 1st, 2020 instead of February 1st, 2021. Pay Assessment Online

You now have the option to pay your annual assessment via eCheck or Credit Card. Annual assessment is due by February 1st. If you wish to pay online, you will need your eight digit account number.
