July 4th Curbside Trash Collection & Recycling

We wanted to remind everyone that Miami-Dade County Waste Management Department will not make the rounds to pick up trash on Tuesday, July 4th.  Please note however Curbside Recycling WILL Take Place so be sure to have your blue recycling bin at the curb by 7 AM on Tuesday morning.

 We ask that you NOT place your green waste carts at the curb that day, just the blue recycling bin.  Garbage collection will resume Thursday, July 6th however due to the increased volumes of garbage being picked up that day, it may take longer than usual for pickup to occur.

Pay Assessment Online

You now have the option to pay your annual assessment via eCheck or Credit Card. Annual assessment is due by February 1st. If you wish to pay online, you will need your eight digit account number.
