COVID-19 Association Update

Dear Members & Residents,

As we all navigate through the ongoing daily challenges brought on by the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to reach out and notify our members and residents that the Association, along with our Community Management team, will remain operational.  Due to the nature of our services, we are considered essential and we want to ensure all residents that as changes are made at local and governmental levels which may interrupt our way of life, we will continue to conduct the affairs of the Association with as few changes as possible.

These are interesting times in which we find ourselves in. The health and safety of our members and residents are very important to us. During this State of Emergency, we are asking members and residents of the community to be responsible by heeding Government guidance and refrain from social gatherings of 10 or more individuals and instead practice responsible social distancing. That includes gatherings on common spaces such as Park West. It is important that all of us follow CDC guidelines for personal hygiene and social distancing and must all do our part to combat the spread of the COVID-19. Please visit the website for the CDC (Center of Disease Control) for important information and updates at www.cdc.gov or  www.coronavirus.gov. If you are feeling ill or have any questions or concerns regarding COVID-19 you can contact the Florida Department of Health’s 24-hour hotline at (866) 779-6121. For the latest Miami Dade County announcements and updates related to COVID-19 you can also visit www.miamidade.gov/global/initiatives/coronavirus/home.page.
