Rules & Regulations 2016

The Board of Directors adopted new Rules & Regulations at the duly and properly noticed meeting held on June 7th, 2016. After adoptions, the new Rules & Regulations were subsequently recorded in Book 30117 / Pages 3092-3104 of the Public Records of Miami Dade County. The newly adopted Ruled & Regulations supersede all prior versions of this document and amends the Rules & Regulations recorded on May 7th, 2015 in OR Book 29607 / Pages 1045-1061 of the Public Records of Miami Dade County. A change was proposed and adopted for Section 27 (PRIVATE PROPERTY EXTERIOR), subsection iii. To read as follows:
27) PRIVATE PROPERTY EXTERIOR:

iii) No tree shall be excessively pruned, also known as hatracking or flat-cutting. Hatracking is defined as severely pruning a tree by cutting back more than 25%-30% of the tree canopy in violation of Miami Dade County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 24.
All of our membership should have received copies of the approved Rules & Regulations by mail at the beginning of July. The Board of Directors kindly asks that all residents please take the time to read the newly adopted Rules & Regulations and if you rent your unit, we also ask that you please ensure that you provide a copy to your tenants or direct them to the online copy found Here. These newly adopted Rules & Regulations should clarify some older Rules as well as expand on others. Should you have any questions regarding the newly adopted Rules & Regulations, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
