For the last several months we have been experiencing issues with members placing bulking trash items outside their units and not calling the county for pickup and not informing us about the pickup. Worst yet, there are some members which are simply throwing bulking trash items unto the common areas. Bulking trash items left out in front of members units or in the common areas do not magically disappear and require us to make arrangements to have these items removed. Members, or their tenants, that behave in such a manner are actually costing other members money in the long run because these costs are passed down in the annual dues assessed each year to each member.Please help keep the front of your villas clean and neat. If bulk trash must be placed in front of your unit, you must email us or call our property manager and let us know that you have scheduled a county pickup. If you throw any bulk trash in front of your unit that is not inside of a garbage can, it will be removed by the association and the removal cost will be charged to your account. You can set up a county pickup by calling 311 or by going to www.miamidade.gov/wastepickup. If you see anyone throwing out trash unto the common areas, please contact us and let us know who it is so we can address it. If everyone does their part, it will go a long way keeping the annual dues down.
