On the 24th of February, there was a reported break-in at 10 in the morning at the Corner of 123rd PL & 111th Lane. The homeowner observed a dark blue BMW leaving the location as they arrived. The Board of Directors meeting for March 2013 was held on the 14th and several topics were discussed. The spate of recent burglaries was discussed at the meeting and the Board is very concerned.
