The home chosen for the 4th Quarter of 2023 belongs to Thiago Torres who lives on 122nd PL. He is new to the community, having only been here for 2 years. He purchased a home that was in really poor shape. Mr. Torres poured in a lot of improvements to both the exterior and interior of his home to modernize and improve it. In the short time he has owned the unit he has added a stamped concrete driveway, impact windows, new roof, new landscaping, new fence, repainted and redid the entire home interior. On December 2nd, 2023 the Board President & Vice President presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding landscaping and villa upkeep as well as a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card.
