The home chosen for the 3rd Quarter of 2023 belongs to Kristian Seiglie who lives on 106th Ter. He is new to the community, having only been here for 3 years. His new home had been purchased soon after a bank foreclosure and in really rough shape. Mr. Seiglie poured in a lot of improvements to both the exterior and interior of his home to modernize and improve it. All his hard work to the revitalize and continued maintenance of his new home really makes it stand out from those around it. On September 2nd, 2023 the Board President & Vice President presented the Devon-Aire Villas #1: Villa of The Quarter award in recognition of outstanding landscaping and villa upkeep as well as a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card.
