Project Postponement: Sealcoat of Common Streets & Driveways

Due to recent State and County declarations and announcements regarding the growing concerns around COVID-19, our contractor has made the difficult decision to postpone this week's deployment to sealcoat the common roads and driveways. As most residents and members of the community are keenly aware, the news regarding COVID-19 has halted or curtailed many ordinary activities around the nation.  With the recent announcement by the Miami Dade County Schools Superintendent regarding school closures, our contractor was unable to ensure they would have all of their personnel available starting Monday and felt it would be prudent to postpone. As soon as the situation improves, we will reschedule the project and send out another announcement to inform everyone of the new date.  Anyone who made arrangements to have their driveway extended should have it completed by this Saturday.
