Vice President Carlos Amézaga received a
framed certificate of appreciation from Commissioner Lynda Bell at our
December 2013 board meeting. This certificate was awarded to Mr. Amézaga based on the following -- A strong commitment to day to day operations,
involvement in setting up our community's first Crime Watch, involvement in the landscaping master plan and setting up Devon Aire Villas #1 Web Site which includes community news as well as other great
